By participating in the campaign, you accept the rules and terms below, including Celsius Sweden AB’s (”Celsius” or ”the Organizer”) processing of personal data.
To take part in the campaign, you will need to provide personal information. The personal data you submit will be processed by Celsius in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, for the purpose of administering the competition and managing the prize. The data will thereafter be deleted. The campaign offers the chance to win a Student Skiweek package trip for two people to Åre, Sweden (with a total value of approximately SEK 24,000). We have only one (1) prize.
Campaign Period
The campaign runs from 4 December 2025 at 08:00 until 11 December 2025 at 23:59 Swedish time (“the Campaign Period”).
Who Can Participate?
To participate in the campaign, you must be registered as a resident in Sweden and be over 18 years of age. Employees of Celsius or other companies involved in the planning and execution of the campaign are not eligible to participate.

To enter the competition during the Campaign Period, you must:
Prize and Criteria for Winning:
The prize: A Student Skiweek package trip for two people to Åre, Sweden, with a total value of approximately SEK 24,000. The prize will be raffled after the end of the Campaign Period. The winner will be notified via the email provided when entering the campaign, and in order for the prize to be delivered, you must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to the direct message on TikTok and provide correct information regarding delivery address and travel booking details.
The winner is responsible for any additional costs that may arise in connection with receiving the prize, including any costs related to the prize that are not mentioned in the section “The trip includes the following.” The winner releases the Organizer from all liability related to participation in the draw or receipt of the prize. The Organizer is not responsible for any damage or personal injury that may arise as a result of participating in the draw or receiving the prize. The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that they hold valid and comprehensive personal travel insurance for the duration of the Prize trip. Such insurance must include, without limitation, medical and health coverage and winter sports coverage (including but not limited to skiing, snowboarding, and related activities, where applicable). Proof of insurance may be requested prior to travel. The Promoter accepts no liability for any costs, claims, losses, injuries or damages that may arise as a result of the Winner failing to obtain adequate insurance.

The winner of the prize will be selected after the Campaign Period through a random draw among all participants who meet the eligibility criteria. Only one winner of the Student Skiweek package trip to Åre, Sweden will be selected.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided when entering the competition.
The prize is personal and cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for any other item, or transferred to another person. The prize draw, administered by representatives from Celsius Sweden AB, cannot be appealed. Any prize tax is paid by the winner.
How You Receive Your Prize:
The winner will be contacted via direct message from @Celsiussweden on TikTok. It is the participant’s responsibility to check their DMs and ensure that the contact details linked to their competition entry are correct and that they can be reached via DM. Reasonable attempts will be made via DM to contact the winner.
It is important to respond promptly, as the information must be confirmed to ensure the trip is booked with the correct details
Celsius may request that the winner provide valid identification verifying age and residency to confirm a valid entry. If an entry cannot be verified to Celsius’ satisfaction, it will be disqualified and deemed ineligible for the prize.
If the winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours to the direct message on TikTok and provide the information needed to deliver the prize, or does not collect the prize within forty-eight (48) hours, Celsius has the right to select a new winner. Tickets will be sent by email. The Organizer is not responsible for resending the prize if the winner has provided incorrect delivery or contact details or if the prize is not collected within the specified time.
Celsius is not responsible for resending the prize if incorrect information has been provided or if the prize is not collected in time. The winner is fully responsible for travel and hotel arrangements once the prize has been transferred or issued to the winner by Celsius.

By following the outlined steps, you agree to participate in the campaign and
accept these terms.
All decisions are made based on Celsius’ reasonable judgment and are final. No
further correspondence will be entered into regarding the matter.
